The aim of this observational study will be to recruit 100 Psoriatic Arthritis (PsA) patients beginning on their biologic therapy and asses, both clinically and with the use of ultrasound (US), how enthesitis responds to biologic treatment.. Methods Annul TB surveillance data in Minhang district of 2003 and 2005 were analyzed. Results Three TB special out-patient clinics were set up in general hospital of Minhang district in 2004. The number of confirmed TB cases increased 118% in 2005 compared with it was in 2003, and the sputum smear positive rate increased from 31.6% to 42.4%, the case cure rate was from 83.3% to 81.7%.
