Background: The Tauranga SHU is run by Registered Renal Nurses (RRNs) with tertiary-based nephrologist supervision. Vacant Dialysis Slots (VDS) arise from hospitalisation, patient non-attendance or delayed/non-allocation (after death, transplantation or relocation). Kidney biopsy is indicated to confirm the clinical diagnosis or to evaluate prognosis of a renal problem. It is a reliable and safe procedure, especially with real-time ultrasound guidance. This is a single-center, retrospective review of the biopsies performed in Hospital Tengku Ampuan Afzan, Pahang from 2000 to 2010. The demographic data, clinical parameters, and histological reports were extracted from clinic records and analyzed to determine the diagnostic adequacy of biopsy samples for both lupus and non-lupus patients. A total of 219 biopsies were performed throughout the period and only 74 were included in this review. Their mean age was 22.5 ± 10.5 years. 59.5% of the biopsies were performed on female patients. Malays comprised 79.7% (n = 59) of them, followed by Chinese (18.9%, n=14) and Indian (1.4%, n=1). And I dont think this should be prevented at , configure stage. This code isnt part of current NGINX codebase, so its a moot point. Once fallbacks to alternatives are added to the code (and I might add some myself), its trivial to re-enable them in the ./configure script on case-by-case basis, but right now those tests for alternatives are just pointless and waste CPU cycles. The aim of this study is to estimate the degree of residual hypoxia after whole brain radiation therapy in patients with brain metastases from breast cancer as quantified by F18 EF5 PET/CT imaging. There has been great difficulty in accruing patient to this study due to the nature of the brain metastases resulting in cognitive decline, decline in performance status, and/or inability to complete the imaging study. We have amended the study to enhance accrual by opening to our satellite hospitals as well as those receiving stereotactic radiosurgery for brain metastases.
