We report a 58 year old lady who presented to the Out Patient Department (OPD) of a tertiary care hospital with generalized weakness, easy bruising and bleeding from gums. Her weakness was generalized in nature, with a gradual onset occurring since several months and progressive in nature not associated with any nausea, vomiting, fever and diarrhea.
