This study has followed 26,930 people for 14 years, and dietary intake was assessed using a 7-day food diary and a 1 hour interview, as well as the FFQ. The study was also able to identify and exclude people who had a history of changing their diet, and intake of industrial trans fat was very low in the whole population.
