People ingest castor oil to relieve constipation, to induce labor, and for other naturopathic purposes, but you should never eat whole raw castor beans [source: Times of India].. Castor bean plants are beautiful. They have vibrant, red leaves and they produce red and yellow flowers. Theyre also extremely toxic to both people and animals. Like red kidney beans, castor beans contain high concentrations of a particularly harmful lectin. The lectin in castor beans is called ricin.. Yep, the ricin in castor beans is the same poison that Jesse helped Walter White cook up in Breaking Bad. Its actually very easy to distill ricin from castor beans, and a terrorist tried to poison President Obama and U.S. Senator Roger Wicker with envelopes of the stuff in 2013 [source: Nosowitz].. Even cooking castor beans isnt enough to destroy ricin. In fact, you make the poison using the mash leftover from processing castor beans for their oil [source: CDC]. Castor oil is the only castor bean product thats safe ...

The properties of a discrete membranous fraction isolated on sucrose gradients from castor bean endosperm have been examined. This fraction was previously shown to be the exclusive site of phosphorylcholine-glyceride transferase. The distribution of NADPH-cytochrome c reductase and antimycin insensitive NADH-cytochrome c reductase across the gradient followed closely that of the phosphorylcholine-glyceride transferase. This fraction also had NADH diaphorase activity and contained cytochromes b5 and P 450. On sucrose gradients containing 1 mM EDTA this fraction had a mean isopycnic density of 1.12 g/cm3 and sedimented separately from the ribosomes; electron micrographs showed that it was comprised of smooth membranes. When magnesium was included in the gradients to prevent the dissociation of membrane-bound ribosomes, the isopycnic density of the membrane fraction with its associated enzymes was increased to 1.16 g/cm3 and under these conditions the electron micrographs showed that the membranes ...

The castor bean plant (Ricinus communis) is grown for its production of castor oil, animal feed and as an ornamental garden specimen. The plant is highly toxic and contains a chemical known as the protein ricin and the alkaloid ricinine. When the plant and beans are boiled, the toxins are removed. The seeds are then ...
Glyoxysomal membranes from germinating castor bean (Ricinus communis L. cv Hale) endosperm contain an NADH dehydrogenase. This enzyme can utilize extraorganellar ascorbate free-radical as a substrate and can oxidize NADH at a rate which can support intraglyoxysomal demand for NAD(+). NADH:ascorbate free-radical reductase was found to be membrane-associated, and the activity remained in the membrane fraction after lysis of glyoxysomes by osmotic shock, followed by pelleting of the membranes. In whole glyoxysomes, NADH:ascorbate free-radical reductase, like NADH:ferricyanide reductase and unlike NADH:cytochrome c reductase, was insensitive to trypsin and was not inactivated by Triton X-100 detergent. These results suggest that ascorbate free-radical is reduced by the same component which reduces ferricyanide in the glyoxysomal membrane redox system. NADH:ascorbate free-radical reductase comigrated with NADH:ferricyanide and cytochrome c reductases when glyoxy-somal membranes were solubilized with
Citation: Lin, J.T., Chen, G.Q. 2013. Identification of TAG and DAG and their FA constituents in Lesquerella (Physaria fendleri) oil by HPLC and MS. Journal of the American Oil Chemists Society. 90:1819-1829. Interpretive Summary: Ricinoleate, a hydroxy fatty acid, in castor oil has many industrial uses such as the manufacture of biodegradable plastics, plasticizers, lubricants, cosmetics, paints and surfactants. Castor is the only commercial source of ricinoleate. However castor bean contains toxin, ricin, as well as potent allergens, it is hazardous to grow, harvest and process castor. It is desirable to produce ricinoleate in an oilseed of a transgenic plant lacking these toxic components. Lesquerella fendleri contains no such toxic components. Its oil contains ricinoleate and thus the plant can be developed to produce high level of ricinoleate for industrial uses. Lesquerolate, a C20 homolog of ricinoleate, is the major fatty acid in lesquerella oil. Lesquerolate can also be used for ...
A flow-sensitive nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) microimaging technique was applied to measure directly the in-vivo water flow in 6-d-old castor bean seedlings. The achieved in-plane resolution of the technique allowed discrimination between xylem and phloem water flow. Both the xylem- and the phloem-average flow velocities in the intact seedling could be quantified. Furthermore, the total conductive cross-sectional area of the xylem vessels and the phloem sieve elements could be determined using the non-invasive and non-destructive NMR microimaging technique. Hence, it was possible to calculate the in-vivo volume flow rates for both xylem and phloem water How. Our non-destructive technique showed that previously used methods to measure phloem water flow affected the flow rate itself. In the intact seedlings we found values of 16.6 mu l . h(-1), two fold lower than those previously estimated from phloem exudation rates. Finally, our results demonstrate for the first time that water is ...

This work describes the application of clearing on vibratome sections to study the embryo formation in cassava. This procedure provides high-resolution images and reduces significantly the number of sections that need to be analyzed per ovule. This methodology was instrumental for the development of the protocol for embryo rescue in cassava. It has been also applied to monitor the embryo formation response when optimizing seed setting from regular and broad crosses for cassava breeding. Broad crosses between cassava and castor bean (incompatible-euphorbiaceae species) were made aiming to induce doubled haploids through the elimination of the incompatible-male parent genome as done in cereals. Castor bean is widely available and provides continues supply of pollen. Our results suggest that this methodology is easy and effective to assess the response of hundreds of cassava ovules pollinated with castor bean pollen, allowing the identification of multicellular structures in the embryo sac without apparent

Castor bean biochemistry has long been thoroughly analysed in the context of lipids as they are industrially potent metabolites but profiling of other bio-molecules and their control over co-ordinated metabolism are not comprehensive.. Biochemists have made research on castor bean derived enzyme, phosphoenolpyruvate carboxylase(PEPC) which is an ubiquitous enzyme, implicated to carbon metabolism. The level and functional activity of this enzyme is variable in castor seed and subjected to different molecular mechanisms for a regulation in functional activity during the course of seed development .Recently, people have identified a modification called mono-ubiquitination in PEPC but its relevance to enzymes activity is not well understood and hence to identify its significance, biochemists have purified the enzyme and subjected for in vitro activity, inhibitor sensitivity and other physiochemical parameters. The results indicated a striking difference in enzyme behaviour between modified and ...
Producing unusual fatty acids (FAs) in crop plants has been a long-standing goal of green chemistry. However, expression of the enzymes that catalyze the primary synthesis of these unusual FAs in transgenic plants typically results in low levels of the desired FA. For example, seed-specific expression of castor (Ricinus communis) fatty acid hydroxylase (RcFAH) in Arabidopsis (Arabidopsis thaliana) resulted in only 17% hydroxy fatty acids (HFAs) in the seed oil. In order to increase HFA levels, we investigated castor phospholipid:diacylglycerol acyltransferase (PDAT). We cloned cDNAs encoding three putative PDAT enzymes from a castor seed cDNA library and coexpressed them with RcFAH12. One isoform, RcPDAT1A, increased HFA levels to 27%. Analysis of HFA-triacylglycerol molecular species and regiochemistry, along with analysis of the HFA content of phosphatidylcholine, indicates that RcPDAT1A functions as a PDAT in vivo. Expression of RcFAH12 alone leads to a significant decrease in FA content of ...
Glycolysis is the process of converting glucose into pyruvate and generating small amounts of ATP (energy) and NADH (reducing power). It is a central pathway that produces important precursor metabolites: six-carbon compounds of glucose-6P and fructose-6P and three-carbon compounds of glycerone-P, glyceraldehyde-3P, glycerate-3P, phosphoenolpyruvate, and pyruvate [MD:M00001]. Acetyl-CoA, another important precursor metabolite, is produced by oxidative decarboxylation of pyruvate [MD:M00307]. When the enzyme genes of this pathway are examined in completely sequenced genomes, the reaction steps of three-carbon compounds from glycerone-P to pyruvate form a conserved core module [MD:M00002], which is found in almost all organisms and which sometimes contains operon structures in bacterial genomes. Gluconeogenesis is a synthesis pathway of glucose from noncarbohydrate precursors. It is essentially a reversal of glycolysis with minor variations of alternative paths [MD:M00003 ...

Many a granny came armed with a spoonful of castor oil to heal all ills, and studies show that it does indeed have health benefits to offer. Just be sure not to eat the beans from which the oil came. If castor beans are chewed and swallowed, they can release ricin, one of the most toxic poisons known to man. Eating just one or two castor beans can easily cause the demise of the eater. Ricin has been investigated as a warfare agent, and has even been employed by secret agents and assassins. ...

Research Abstract: Castor bean (Ricinus communis L.) seeds serve as raw material for the production of nonedible oil used in medicine and industry, whereas the presence of allergenic and toxic proteins in the residue left after oil extraction precludes the use of this protein-rich by-product in animal feeding. To better understand the enzymes involved in the biosynthesis and degradation of fatty acids and to identify proteins with toxic/anti-nutritional properties, extracts of developing and germinating seeds were prepared and prefractionated according to solubility properties of the proteins. An enriched plastid organelle fraction embracing mostly plastids and mitochondria was also prepared. Two-dimensional electrophoresis (2DE) reference maps of these fractions were obtained from which nearly 400 proteins were identified by matrix-assisted laser desorption ionization-time of flight-time of flight (MALDI-TOF-TOF) mass spectrometry after a search in a National Center for Biotechnology ...
2.3. Scoring of MSAP bands and data analysis According to different sensitivities to methylation of restriction enzyme HpaII and MspI to the CCGG sequence, the methylation states could be classified into following four basic types based on previous reports (Portis et al., 2004): Type Ⅰ pattern represents the non-methylation sites (E-H/E-M, 1/1), Type Ⅱ pattern represents the hemi-methylation sites (E-H/E-M, 1/0), Type Ⅲ pattern represents full-methylation sites (E-H/E-M, 0/1), and Type Ⅳ pattern represents the uninformative sites (E-H/E-M, 0/0).. For each primer, the well-resolved bands were scored as absence (0) and presence (1) with same molecular weight to form a binary matrix. Epigenetic diversity parameters, including the percentage of polymorphic loci (PPB), the expected heterozygosity (He), Shannons Information Index (I), the effective number of alleles per locus (Ne) were estimated and analyzed by using the GenAlEx version 6.501 software (Rod and Petere, 2006). Arabidopsis stearoyl ACP desaturase: a fatty acid desaturase modulates the activation of defense signaling pathways in plants; amino acid sequence in first source
In some groups (e.g. grains of the family Poaceae) the endosperm persists to the mature seed stage as a storage tissue, in which case the seeds are called albuminous or endospermous, and in others it is absorbed during embryo development (e.g., most members of the family Fabaceae, including the common bean, Phaseolus vulgaris), in which case the seeds are called exalbuminous or cotyledonous and the function of storage tissue is performed by enlarged cotyledons (seed leaves). In certain species (e.g. corn, Zea mays); the storage function is distributed between both endosperm and the embryo. Some mature endosperm tissue stores fats (e.g. castor bean, Ricinus communis) and others (including grains, such as wheat and corn) store mainly starches. The dust-like seeds of orchids have no endosperm. Orchid seedlings are mycoheterotrophic in their early development. In some other species, such as coffee, the endosperm also does not develop.[10] Instead, the nucellus produces a nutritive tissue ...

Chemical agents differ from biological agents in a number of significant ways. To begin with, the onset of symptoms may occur instantly or within a few hours of exposure, whereas biological agents can take up to weeks to present. Chemical agents are synthesized through some type of industrial process, whereas biological agents are either self-replicating microbes or compounds formed by these microbes such as botulinum toxin (produced by Clostridia; see Chapter 17) or ricin, a natural metabolic product of the castor bean plant, Ricinus communis. Chemical agents act by disrupting normal metabolic function at varying sites throughout the body according to the type of agent used and are categorized into roughly eleven categories (Table 21-1). From a weapons standpoint, not all chemical agents pose a threat as a likely choice for terrorism or as a WMD. In large part this is because of logistical or technical considerations-some require too much volume for easy concealment, others pose difficulties of ...

The tall castor beans have amazed my little friend who lives on the property behind me. I will have to put some in his yard he tells me.Last year he and his siblings picked every blossom from some hollyhocks I had back there to use in their make believe plays. I asked him where they were and he said they had blown over into their yard, eyes rolling into the back of his head. I asked him to always ask, and we are still friends. Hard to get too upset over children having fun. I aways liked to sit under the huge leaves of these castors and make believe I was in a jungle when I was his age ...
An oilseed press is a machine that lies at the center of vegetable oil extraction. This is due to the fact that this technology is designed to release oil from oilseeds. Multiple oilseed press layouts have been developed over time to complete this process, with each having its own distinct set of advantages and disadvantages. Moreover, the products that are created by oilseed presses, namely oil and oilseed meal, possess great nutritive benefits for humans and livestock respectively. The oilseed press, being at the center of the oil-extraction process, is joined with various other pieces of equipment and procedures that form a pre- and post-extraction system. Breaking it down to its simplest formulation, the process that oilseed presses carry out appears is quite simple. Oilseed presses essentially extrude or press vegetable oil from oil-bearing seeds, which include soybean, sunflower, peanut, safflower, canola, sesame, niger, castor bean, linseed, mustard, coconut, olive, and oil palm. The ...
How the bloodsuckers overcome the variety of substrates and manage to cling on to various surfaces is shown by a current study by Dr. Dagmar Voigt and Professor Dr. Stanislav Gorb. The results of their experiments with the castor bean tick (Ixodes ricinus) have been recently published in the Journal of Experimental Biology.
Castor oil primarily comes in two forms: refined and unrefined. Refined castor oil is cheaper and usually tasteless and odorless. Its produced from copra (dried castor) and undergoes various refining processes, such as deodorizing and bleaching. Its also known as RBD castor Oil. Currently, the types of RBD castor Oil you can find in the market include expeller-pressed castor oil, hydrogenated castor oil, liquid castor oil, or simply castor oil. Unrefined castor oil, on the other hand, is tastier and it usually possesses a beautiful aroma of fresh castors. Unrefined castor oil is also known as virgin or pure castor oil. Unlike RBD castor oil, this oil is extracted from fresh castors, and its neither bleached nor refined. The methods of production include wet-milling or quick-drying. Since these processes dont require any bleaching or additives, the oil retains its flavor and aroma. However, the quality still depends on the processing techniques and freshness of the castor used. Now, the ...

Five oil sources were selected for the TEA: camelina, pennycress, jatropha, castor bean, and yellow grease. The five sources were selected for the following reasons: non-food feedstocks (pennycress and castor bean), promising for the US agro-climatic conditions (camelina, pennycress, and castor bean), low cost and readily available (yellow grease), receiving global attention (jatropha), and high yield among terrestrial plants (jatropha and castor bean). Additionally, some of these sources were less studied as potential jet fuel feedstock (e.g., pennycress and castor bean), thus we saw an opportunity for this study to improve the knowledge base for these feedstocks. Moreover, alternative jet fuel (AJF) produced from camelina oil, jatropha oil, and yellow grease has been tested in aircrafts, which indicated market interest in these sources [24]. Algae was also considered a promising biofuel feedstock but it was not included in our analysis because there have been many other studies on algae ...

Nod factor perception triggers perinuclear Ca2+ oscillations in legume root epidermal cells (Ehrhardt et al., 1996). CASTOR and POLLUX are required for Nod factor-induced Ca2+ spiking (Miwa et al., 2006). In this work, we provided evidence that CASTOR and POLLUX are ion channels. Furthermore, we showed that the endogenous CASTOR protein is localized in the nuclear envelope. These results provide important clues about the function of CASTOR and POLLUX in the Ca2+-spiking machinery.. Our electrophysiological measurements on individual CASTOR channels reconstituted in planar lipid bilayers demonstrated that CASTOR has ion channel activity. This is important confirmation of the previous functional prediction, which was solely based on sequence analysis. With a selectivity ratio of ∼6:1 for PK/PCl, CASTOR displays a relatively weak preference for cations over anions. In competition assays confronting K+ with Na+ or K+ with Ca2+, permeability ratios of K+ over Na+ and Ca2+ were only 2 and 1.4, ...

Before using castor oil internally or topically, perform a skin test using a very small amount of oil to check for possible allergic reactions.. Only administer castor oil according to the instructions on the package and watch out for the correct dose.. When ingested, the oil produces a strong laxative effect. Their overdose can easily result in severe dehydration which in extreme cases can be fatal. Other possible side effects of an overdose include abdominal cramps, diarrhea, dizziness, hallucinations (rare), fainting, nausea, rash, tightness in the throat, shortness of breath, and chest pain.. Individuals with peptic ulcers or bleeding problems should not use castor oil internally. Because of its potential laxative effect, castor oil has been widely used to induce labor, but doctors warn that taking castor oil may increase the risk of miscarriage or premature birth. The laxative effect of the oil causes severe contractions of the pelvic muscle to aid disposal and it probably triggers uterine ...

A double-blind study, described by Harvey Grady in a report entitled Immunomodulation through Castor Oil Packs published in a recent issue of the Journal of Naturopathic Medicine, examined lymphocyte values of 36 healthy subjects before and after topical castor oil application. This study identified castor oil as an anti-toxin, and as having impact on the lymphatic system, enhancing immunological function. The study found that castor oil pack therapy of a minimal two-hour duration produced an increase in the number of T-11 cells within a 24-hour period following treatment, with a concomitant increase in the number of total lymphocytes. This T-11 cell increase represents a general boost in the bodys specific defense status, since lymphocytes actively defend the health of the body by forming antibodies against pathogens and their toxins. T-cells identify and kill viruses, fungi, bacteria, and cancer cells. Castor oil packs are a simple home therapy which often produces astounding results.. Two ...
This type of treatment is very helpful in many cases to resolve infertility because the castor oil pack relieves congestion and inflammation of the uterus, ovaries, and fallopian tubes. Castor oil therapy increases circulation to the reproductive organs and helps detoxify the liver improving the metabolism of hormones. In these cases, castor oil is used by employing packs over the abdomen (Castor oil abdominal packs) covering both the uterus and liver. Castor oil is absorbed easily into the body through the skin and its healing components are delivered directly into the body tissues ...

Castor Oil was used by Ancient Hebrews and in Traditional Chinese medicine, Indian Ayurveda, Ancient Egyptians and Mediterraneans for its rejuvenating health benefits including detoxification and fertility. For your own at home detox, apply cold pressed castor oil (preferably organic) in the middle of the castor pack or wool flannel (a few tablespoons is sufficient but I will sometimes apply to utter soaking). Place the soaked flannel underneath the right rib cage to effect multiple digestive organs, over the uterus for menstrual issues, or a smaller pack over the top of the neck for thyroid support. Adding certain essential oils to the castor oil before application can help with liver cleansing, parasitic protocols, digestive issues and immunity amongst other things. Normally for a standard castor oil pack, you would then hang out like that for an hour. You will also want a couple warm towels, plastic underneath to protect your mattress, and a heating pad over the top to increase the ...
Castor beans are back in California as a possible source crop for making biofuels. Castors main toxic protein, ricin, is so potent that a single milligram is sufficient to kill an adult. Castor oil is essential to the global specialty chemical industry because it is the only commercial source of hydroxylated fatty acids.
Interpretive Summary: Castor oil contains 90% ricinoleate (C18:1OH). Ricinoleate and its derivatives are used as raw material for numerous industrial products, such as lubricants, plasticizers and bio-diesel. However, the production of castor oil is hampered by the presence of the toxin ricin and hyper-allergenic 2S albumins in its seed. Lesquerella fendleri (L.) is a new oilseed crop whose seed contains lesquerolic acid (C20:1OH) derived from a 2 carbon elongation of ricinoleate. We are developing a ricinoleate-producing L. fendleri through suppression of the elongation step in L. fendleri using genetic engineering. Technical Abstract: We conducted a series of seed development studies in castor and L. fendleri, including seed morphogenesis, oil and storage protein accumulation and lipid gene expression. In castor, the entire course of seed development can be divided into eight stages and each stage can be distinguished by seed coat color and volume of cellular endosperm. Synthesis of ricin, 2S ...

The order of biodegradability of the sulfated and sulfited fatliquor substances in water is castor oil , fish oil , rape oil , mineral oil. In degradation kinetics studies the degradation rate constant (k) of sulphated castor oil, fish oil and rape oil are 0.87, 0.84, and 0.81 d-1, respectively. These degradation rate constants are slightly faster for the sulfited fatliquor substances where castor, fish and rape were 0.95, 0.93, and 0.85 d-1, respectively.). The higher content of unsaturated fatty acids and hydroxyl groups, the faster is the biodegradability of fatliquors. The very high level biodegradablity of the sulfated fat liquors was also documented in a 1976 study of the sodium salt of sulfated castor oil (96% in 45 days). ...

Commercial Usage. Parts used: oil, leaves, roots, seeds, fruit. Ricinus communis has had economic use in many parts of the world for its medicinal properties, despite potential toxic effects. Castor oil has been used for many years as a purgative, laxative, and general cure all. In warmer regions of the world, the plant is grown for the seeds from which castor oil is extracted (Muensher 1939). The plant has been used for a variety of purposes for quite some time. Egyptians burned caster oil in their lamps and castor beans have been found in ancient Egyptian tombs dating back to 4,000 BC. The plant is a native of India and Africa and the fixed oil is obtained by expression from the seeds. It has been used therapeutically and medicinally in ancient India, China, Persia, Egypt, Africa, Greece, Rome, and in 17th century Europe. In the United States, castor oil has been used by the military in aircraft lubricants, hydraulic fluids, and in the manufacture of explosives. It is now of importance in a ...
Imported sucrose is cleaved by sucrose synthase (SUS) as a critical initial reaction in the biosynthesis of storage end-products by developing seeds. Although SUS is phosphorylated at a conserved seryl residue by an apparent CDPK (Ca2+-dependent protein kinase) in diverse plant tissues, the functions and mechanistic details of this process remain obscure. Thus, the native CDPK that phosphorylates RcSUS1 ( Ricinus communis SUS1) at Ser11 in developing COS (castor oil seeds) was highly purified and identified as RcCDPK2 by MS/MS. Purified RcSUS1-K (-kinase) and heterologously-expressed RcCDPK2 catalyzed Ca2+-dependent Ser11 phosphorylation of RcSUS1 and its corresponding dephosphopeptide, while exhibiting a high affinity for free Ca2+ ions [ K0.5 (Ca2+) RcCDPK2 expression, and RcSUS1 Ser11 phosphorylation peaked during early COS development and then declined in parallel. Elimination of sucrose import via fruit excision triggered RcSUS1 dephosphorylation but did not alter RcSUS1-K activity, ...
Oh, and on the Omnivoracious interview, I have to add that Im getting a good example of a carnivorous plant that encourages insect symbiosis. Its an Asian pitcher plant called Nepenthes bicalcarata, and the pitchers have two fangs coming down off the lid: they look as if the plant could bite, but apparently theyre an adaptation to prevent the pitchers from being robbed of insect prey by monkeys and birds. The pitcher plant encourages one species of ant to live in the vicinity, and it even grows rooms in its leaves to allow them to set up nurseries. The ants make daisychains into the pitchers and tear up prey caught inside: not only does the plant benefit by the ants eating large prey before it rots and damages the pitcher, but the ants also drop their dead into the pitchers and give back the nutrients. Finally, if anything is dumb enough to try to eat the plant, the ants converge and sting the predator until it leaves. The more I come across stories like these, how could I not stick with ...

Castor oil was recommended to me for a tear on my clitoris. I was in a lot of pain. I have also used estrogen cream in the past for this type of problem (to thicken tissue for prevention and treat labial adhesions). I have always hated using the estrogen cream. My naturopathic doctor recommended the Castor oil mini-pack. I used a washcloth that I cut up into very small 1-inch pieces and soaked in castor oil. I applied heat over it. I couldnt believe how soothing the oil was. I was healed with no pain in just 2 days. I did the pack 2-3x/day. I also soaked in an herbal bath of Comfrey, sheperds purse and calendula. These treatments can be used for women post delivery who experienced vaginal tearing during childbirth. It seemed like it was going to be messy but it wasnt that bad and I cant believe how quick and effective it was. miracle oil. My ND told me that the oil is supposed to help strengthen the tissue and can also be used for tissue adhesions (another one of my problems) by allowing ...
I dont believe castor oil itself increases growth but it may help in retention. I say that because it may help lock in moisture a little longer than lighter oils. Hair loves moisture. Dry hair breaks as does over moisturized hair. However, using too much castor oil can cause a problem as well in terms of product build up on strands and the scalp. If there is too much, moisture from the air will have a hard time getting through. From what I read in the past, castor oil is supposed to act as an humectant as well. With that said it can draw moisture in or draw it out depending on the environment. Understanding that, my theory is it doesnt accelerate growth but helps retain temporarily. I hope that makes sense. In addition, Ive used it and havent seen any accelerated growth. In terms of growth, I tell people to regard their strands as a delicate fiber. You dont wash your best items with terrible cleansing agents so you shouldnt do so with your hair. You dont purposely tug and misuse your ...
