There's swine dysentery which is caused by either Brachyspira hyodysenteriae or Brachyspirahampsonii and then there's Spirochetal colitis and it's caused by Brachyspira pilosicoli.And then of course there's PEDV that do affect some regions of Manitoba. (farms.com)
