In most cases, MYCOBACTERIUM TUBERCULOSIS is the pathogen. Clinical features include ABDOMINAL PAIN; FEVER; and palpable mass in the ileocecal area.Tuberculosis, Spinal: Osteitis or caries of the vertebrae, usually occurring as a complication of tuberculosis of the lungs.Bacterial Proteins: Proteins found in any species of bacterium.Tuberculin Test: One of several skin tests to determine past or present tuberculosis infection.
