T-cellsleukemi, kronisk
Kronic T-cell leukemia is a type of cancer that affects the T-cells, a type of white blood cell that plays a crucial role in the body's immune response. This condition is characterized by the abnormal proliferation and accumulation of malignant T-cells in the bone marrow, blood, and other organs. The chronic form of the disease progresses slowly over time, often without causing significant symptoms until advanced stages. Treatment options may include chemotherapy, radiation therapy, stem cell transplantation, and targeted therapies, depending on the individual patient's needs and the specific characteristics of their disease.
Leukemia, Prolymphocytic, B-Cell
Leukemi, lymfoid
B-cellsleukemi, kronisk
Kronic B-cell leukemia is a type of cancer that affects the B-lymphocytes, a type of white blood cell that plays a crucial role in the immune system by producing antibodies to help fight infections. In chronic B-cell leukemia, the bone marrow produces an excessive number of abnormal, mature-appearing B-lymphocytes, which accumulate in the blood, bone marrow, and other organs. These abnormal cells crowd out the healthy cells, leading to a weakened immune system and various symptoms such as fatigue, weight loss, frequent infections, and anemia. The disease progresses slowly, often over years, and is typically diagnosed in advanced stages. Treatment options include chemotherapy, targeted therapy, immunotherapy, and stem cell transplantation.
Hårcellsleukemi
B-cellsleukemi
B-cell leukemia is a type of cancer that affects the B-cells, which are a type of white blood cell responsible for producing antibodies to help fight infections. In B-cell leukemia, the bone marrow produces abnormal B-cells that accumulate and do not function properly, leading to an impaired immune system and other symptoms such as fatigue, frequent infections, and anemia. There are different types of B-cell leukemia, including chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) and acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL), which differ in their aggressiveness and treatment approaches.
Blodcancer

Leukemi, experimentell
Leukemi, myeloid, kronisk, BCR-ABL positiv
"Kronic myeloid leukemia (CML) with the BCR-ABL fusion protein is a type of slow-growing blood cancer that originates in the bone marrow and affects the production of white blood cells, characterized by the presence of the abnormal BCR-ABL gene caused by a genetic rearrangement between chromosomes 9 and 22, resulting in the formation of the Philadelphia chromosome."
Non-Hodgkins lymfom

Precursor Cell Lymphoblastic Leukemia-Lymphoma
Precursor Cell Lymphoblastic Leukemia-Lymphoma (previously known as Acute Lymphocytic Leukemia or ALL with a T-cell phenotype) is a type of cancer that affects the early stages of T-cell lymphocyte development. It is characterized by the uncontrolled proliferation of immature lymphoblasts, also known as precursor cells, in the bone marrow, blood, and sometimes other organs such as the lymph nodes, spleen, and liver.
Cellgifter
T-lymfocyter
Protonkogenproteiner
Proton pump inhibitor proteins, also known as protono pumpare, refer to a group of protein pumps found primarily in the parietal cells of the stomach that play a key role in regulating gastric acid secretion. These proteins are responsible for transporting hydrogen ions (protons) from the cytoplasm of the cell into the lumen of the stomach, where they combine with chloride ions to form hydrochloric acid. By inhibiting the function of these proton pumps, medications known as proton pump inhibitors can reduce gastric acid secretion and alleviate symptoms associated with acid-related disorders such as gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) and peptic ulcers.
Leukemi, monocytisk, akut
