Dodekanol
Cyclic Nucleotide Phosphodiesterases, Type 2
Cyclic nucleotide phosphodiesterases (PDEs) are a family of enzymes that regulate intracellular levels of cyclic adenosine monophosphate (cAMP) and cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP) by hydrolyzing these second messengers to their inactive forms. Type 2 PDEs (PDE2) are a subtype of this family that specifically target both cAMP and cGMP as substrates, although they have a higher affinity for cGMP.
Farnesol
Alkoholer
Cyclic Nucleotide Phosphodiesterases, Type 1
Cyclic nucleotide phosphodiesterases (PDEs) are a family of enzymes that play a crucial role in regulating intracellular levels of cyclic adenosine monophosphate (cAMP) and cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP), which are important second messengers involved in various cellular processes. The type 1 subtype of PDEs (PDE1) is a calcium/calmodulin-dependent enzyme that specifically hydrolyzes cAMP and cGMP. It is composed of several isoforms, encoded by different genes, that exhibit distinct expression patterns and regulatory properties. PDE1 is involved in the regulation of smooth muscle contraction, neurotransmission, and gene expression, among other functions. Dysregulation of PDE1 activity has been implicated in various pathological conditions, including cardiovascular diseases, pulmonary hypertension, and neurological disorders.
