I suffered a fall back in jan and after having severe back pain had mri scan which said,

"Disc desiccation and mild sub acute posterior bulge at L4-L5 impinging on the L4 nerve root on the neural foramina. Marked facet osteoarthritis bilaterally at this level."

I am having daily pain and I feel a pressure in my lower back from time to time. I am 34 years old. What exercises can I do to help the process? Will I need surgery? Thanks
