My abnormal MRI

Question

Hi my MRI findings found there is a asymmetric enlargement of right frontoparietal sulci, including the right central sulcus and right postcentral sulcus. The neurologist asked me if I had suffered a traumatic childbirth and my mother claims that I have not. I will have a follow up MRI in six months. Can you explain this better to me as I can not find any information on the internet. Thank You for your assistance,
