Hi,
How can I make cuts to fat and carbs while increasing my protein levels? Keep in mind I am on a very tight budget, and am very puzzled as to how I can cut my carbs, especially, while not being starving all day. What really surprised me about my carb intake was that the food that I get the most carbs from are bananas. Is there such thing as good carbs?
Please help.
