Can you eat a lot before a workout and nothing after? I'm fasting for Ramadan so I can't eat or drink anything including water, I eat at 2 in the morning so can I hit the gym at 5 in the morning? I can not eat anything after my workout.
Should I wait till it's 1-2 hours left till I can eat and then go and train? My gym closes at 10 p.m
What do you guys suggest?
