Does anyone else feel like it takes a ton of food to hit 2400-3000 kcals/day? Eggs are only ~100kcal each, oatmeal is ~400, etc. I feel like I need to eat so much to reach my goal. I'm 156lbs, trying to get to ~165lb now and going to the gym every 2 days or so?
