I had a blood test recently in which my lymphocytes is 43% and all others within range.

Question

I am having stomach problems atleast once a month and head ache in between. Some days there is blood spots in morning mucus. My neutrophil is 49%. I gained (5kg) weight in the past 3 months. I am having thyroid (TSH - 37). I have some lymph node swellings on my neck (which is there for more than 5 years). Is there any problem other than thyroid ?
