How is it feasible to have been diagnosed with lower esophagus stenosis and what to do?

Barium study upper gi was done. Radiologist was perplexed to find

lower esophagus stricturing while trying to swallow that small pill

during the exam. Pill couldn't go down for several minutes while

swallowing the barium, which I threw up, at the same time. Thank you

for any help.
