What Are Symtoms Of Tumors?

Question

I have a golfball sized tumor on my back below the ribs. Feeling  shacky and sick to my stomach have had diariha all day? Could this be cancer?? Iv had bad muc sle spasams in my neck and calfs for over a year as well. Idk what it could be!! 

I didn't find the right solution from the Internet.
