Hi guys, I've started working out for 5 months. I could see some changes in my body. However, I'm a smoker. I've done some research on the Internet and there're so many controversies about this. I'm not sure I should keep smoking.

Any thoughts?

I didn't find the right solution from the Internet.

Smoking can cause harmful diseases such as throat and lung infections and may even prove to be fatal in the form of cancer. Many articles that bring out the actual harm that smoking can cause are freely available on the Internet. These articles also argue about why one should quit smoking and how one can quit smoking. The urge to go back to smoking for those trying to quit is also discussed and how other good habits can lead them away from smoking can also be read in such articles. get your health test done as soon as possible
