Is it normal for triple forward helix to swell & turn red after 3-4 days? The pain has also increased somewhat.

I got my triple forward helix piercing 4 days ago. It was pretty sore for the first day but then not painful the second. On the third day, the pain increased substantially and it got swollen and red. Is that normal?
