in Pancoast Syndrome by
I had a chest pain from 2007,which was detected in X-ray in 2011. A diagnosis of methoselioma,  them later to purchase carcinoma was made.  Tumor was removed in 2014 biopsy was done with confirmation of NSCLC.....  I started chemo and radiotherapy finished in 2015 ... Can the tumor come back?

Possibiities are there but not 100%, because you already got treatment , tumor come back depends on many factors , tomur nature , medication , tretement procedure and life style .

  • Malignant tumors are the cancerous tumors that penetrate the nearby tissues and rapidly spread to the other body parts. The process of spreading of cancer from one body part to the other is known as metastasis.

Chances of recurrence after 3 years is low but cancer is a highly unpredictable .ICheck for some confirmatory signs in the recent past. Which may include unexpected weight loss,unusual bleeding from any sites , changes in the blood values especially WBCs, loss of apetitte , change in the urinary function, weakness, vomiting however, these are just a few . I suggest you undergoes chemo diagnosis once.If your healthy at present not a big worry. Remember never be anxious, this is one of the self-remedy for all the cancer patients.
