Had an HVS and result was moderate growth of klebsiella spp

Question

i have been having this nasty yellowish funny looking discharge in larger Quantity the discharge don't stick together they look watery a times n thick a times also. so Had an HVS done last week and the result said moderate growth of klebsiella spp. and I normally experience a slight pain at the right side of my cervix. I had a medical abortion which was done properly. so what could be the problem .
