in Valerian by
I suffer from severe generalized anxiety. I currently am taking medications like trileptal for a mood stabilizer, along with Latuda, gabapentin and im on methadone. None of this helps acute attacks. Since im in treatment in a methadone recovery program, i am not allowed to be on any benzos. But im desperate for relief from these attacks. Is valerian safe for me to take considering all the meds im on? And how long does valerian take to process out of your body?

...I dunno. I'm not even sure if I have the disorder, and I've never had any sort of medication, yet somehow I've survived the sleepless nights of worry.

When we suffer from stress, it is very common to face the issue of anxiety as well. Today the kind of life that we are living can make it very common for a person to suffer from the issue of anxiety. This can affect the way we work and function. So, if you too are suffering from anxiety you can take Modvigil

Modvigil acts on the brain of the person. It helps in releasing hormones such as dopamine to help you feel better and fight anxiety by relaxing your mind.

The drugs which come under Benzodiazepines help you in relaxing muscles and calm down your mind. We get depressed with the many types of anxiety disorders like generalized anxiety disorder (GAD), obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), panic disorder, social anxiety disorder, and post-traumatic stress disorder.

With ref. to Valerian, Do not start, stop, or change the dosage of any medicine before checking with your doctor, health care provider, or pharmacist first.

But If you really want to get the rid of all types of anxiety, narcolepsy, depressive situations , you can go with Modafinl Medicine. It is indicated to improve wakefulness in adult patients with excessive sleepiness associated with narcolepsy.

If you have generalized anxiety for more than 4 months , it is definitely a clinical diagnosis . I have seen many people simply ignoring it as one of the day-to-day issues , I suggest go for a proper clinical evaluation as a Doctor can determine you really need some anti-anxiety drugs such as SSRIs and benzodiazepines
