38 weeks having contractions

Question

38 weeks. I'm having contractions pretty much every 5minutes maybe a little longer. The thing is they aren't like ohhh i can't handle this kind of pain. On a scake of 1-10 I'd say they are around a 5 or 6. I can also feel it in my back. Stomach is tightening, my pelvis feels pressure and has pain also. So I'm wondering when should I go into the hospital or should I? What does this mean. This is my second baby, but with my first my water broke due to placental abruption. So I'm just really confused at the moment.
