I'm wondering what techniques can be applied for the study of protein interaction. As for as I'm concerned, yeast two hybrid, co-immunoprecipitation,Surface Plasmon Resonance (SPR). Any more?
Thanks in advance, any help would be appreciated.
There are various kinds of techniques for protein protein interaction detection, such as Coimmunoprecipitation (Co-IP), Pull-down Assays, Yeast two-hybrid (Y2H), Far-Western Blotting, Tandem affinity purification-mass spectroscopy (TAP-MS) and Bio-Layer Interferometry (BLI). Here, we review the major contemporary approaches utilized for detection and analysis of protein protein interaction.
