pain in the left testicle after varicocelectomy

Question

I had a subinguinal varicocelectomy on my left testicle. I never had any problems after the surgery and was released from the hospital day after. However, after 5 days, im starting to notice that my left scrotum is bigger than right. Now, i cant even touch my left testicle because it is extremely painful. There's something inside it. Grrr.. Sometimes, i feel discomfort in my left waist. I also wanted to masturbate but iim trying not to. Sigh.
