How pessary reacts with urine? I'm 32 weeks pregnant and I think pessary stuck in my vagina

I'm 32 weeks pregnant, However when i insert the tablet I think my vagina is so dry and can't hardly know how deep should I insert the tablet. I just put it in and I guess it was stuck just in the opening. Next morning I still can feel that tablet is still there however I have the call to urinate. Afterwards, I feel the relief of like being moist inside. But will the tablet still work or it will just give me some side effects? Just so worried.
