White blood cell went from 6 to 3. I have not been unwell I don't have a virus or any infection.

Question

My white blood cell count has gone from  6 to 3.2 in 6 months. Then In four days it was 3 neutrophil from 1.7 4 days ago to 1.6.  Lymphocytes 1. I have not been Ill at all.  No virus.  No infection.  Inflamation markers normal.  Crp normal. No symptoms.  Or signs of infection.  No hiv.  They are not doing any tests just waiting for referel to hemotologist.  Not doing any more tests.  I'm worried.  What should I do.  What can I eat or do to help in the mean time.  Im otherwise well.. Yesterday I've started to feel tired more.
