I had a chest pain which was moving right to left side of the chest. It was also started at the both side of the chest, middle of the chest and at the back side of the chest. I had an ECG which shows normal ECG in it's result and the Troponin I result shows 0.10.
Is there anything to be worried or should I see cardiologist immidiately?  I am also a CKD patient and currently taking antibiotic for last 2 weeks for infection.
Please suggest if my test result means cardiac problem and if I should see cardiologist immidiately?
