High lymphocytes for 3 years

Question

I was told that for the last 3 years I have had a high count 2012  45.9...2013   51.....2014   46 then 3 weeks later 49.1 and the comment was Degenerated WBC's present. I have not felt well for the last year and the last 6 weeks I have had problems breathing. Shortness of breath. Does this seem like something I should be concerned with.  diagnosis  presistant with lymphocytosis.
