1. monitor his consciousness....use the GCS...Glasgow  Coma Scale.2. monitor for internal  bleeding.3. Assess pain and administer the correct medication.4. closely monitor vital signs...Blood pressure, heart rate, 02 saturations5. prepare the patient for possible surgery.
