Normally blood sugar levels remain less than 100 mg/dL after not eating for at least 8 hours and remain less than 140 mg/dL 2 hours after eating. People not having diabetes might have 70 to 80 mg/dL blood sugar level range which can be consider normal. However, its important to ask doctor and test blood sugar level regularly through the method described here http://forums.compuserve.com/discussions/Diabetes_Support_Forum/MetersTestingTech/How_do_you_record_your_blood_glucose_/ws-diabetes/26661.13?redirCnt=1&nav=messages .
