Firstly check fever by thermometer but be causious if clinically pt. Is with shiwring than don't use mercury devise and insert in mouth .because if shiwring became uncontrolled there will b full posiblity of get breaking of glass of thermometer and mercury will automatically enter in stomach which will work as potent poison and in result no body can save patient as mercury itself is very potant and fast action poision and pt will collapse with in couple of seconds .so in that case either use digital device or measure the temp from any external site of body .secondly if found high fever creator than 102df immediately shift pt under fan or cooling machine next withdraw the cloths of pt and apply water on pt body than shift pat under medical supervision or care where GP will start emergency treatment like injections and all according to clinical evidence /symptoms .never cover patient by warm appliances or blanket etc because it will generate adverse effect for pt and rather to tappering the temp it will shoot the existing temp in which pt can be colappsed or enter in uncousious stage which can be fatal .Keep patient in open air don't allow mob near the patient sorrounding area of the body of victim as too much crowed will or can obstruct air flow .keep pt in forsefull aweking stage so in that condition continuously divert the attention of pt from the side of his illness until the results of first aid obtained or temp get tapered .these are few tips for the family of pt.
