I wear a upper denture and had food caught when I bit down it hurt. A few days later I felt this pea size lump between my  upper lip and gum. It  has a bluish hue to it and feels hard when I press on my lip but fleshy when I push my tongue against it. I have no pasn and does not seem to be getting larger or smaller. I have been doing salt water rinses for 10 days and no changes. l. I have read Alum or Baking soda paste for 15 minuets once a day followed by a mouthwash will make the lump enlarge and open.  From pictures I gave seen on the internet it appears to be a Mucocele.
