My 8.5 months male child recently had a routine abdominal USG and the impression was mild hepato-spleenomegaly

Spleen size is 8 cm with normal texture, no focal lession, Hepatic biliary tree is well seen and found it normal, spleen texture is also normal.He has no complain or health problem but i am very much anxious. Will you please tell me is it normal to have slightly enlarged spleen & liver?
