Is it possible for Dermal Fillers to add definition to the Jaw?

Ive read that you can reshape the jawline with dermal fillers. I want to know if this is really possible? Ive read about a clinic in london that offers it but its quite expensive. Does anyone know if this is a real treatment of just smoke and mirrors? the clinic is www.phiclinic.com
