My mon is 50 years old and suffering from chronic knee pain. The pain is not that serious, but it becomes acute with hard work.

 From an article of a health blog site, I came to know that knee pain without injury  are to take seriously. And they recommend some exercise equipments like elliptical machine  for knee pain as elliptical machine are for low impact exercise. 

 So, should I let my mom having exercises or to take rest?
