low polymorphs and high lymphocytes in differential count test

Question

I have a low polymorphs 40% and high lymphocytes 52% in differential count test. I've been having skin inflammation in my fingers (Eczema) for more than 3 years. All other Counts are within the normal range. Pls suggest what is the problem or causes. I'm 29 year old Male.
