Hi all,

I've had lifetime issues with anxiety and panic. I've had much success with methylation treatment but am still not where I'd like to be. I've narrowed down my reactions to protein, especially meat/eggs. Within an hour, I have raised panic/hyper-vigilance. I've tested this many times and can confirm.  Any advice?

Please help.
